AVP for Client Relations

Roles and Responsibilities

The AVP for Client Relations is in charge of ensuring continuous positive experiences for the various clients of UXS. They are responsible for managing potential clients of the organization, together with attending meetings and handling the administrative duties for client projects. They shall execute the following tasks:

  • Responsible for documenting the internal processes for the Code of Internal Procedures.
  • Create efficient trackers and other management tools to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the departments.
  • Deployment into projects to review documents and take minutes, turning over department meetings to the Top 2 and vice versa when needed.
  • Applying efficiency methods to email tagging and tracking.
